Engineering Management Department: There are 10（2 professors and 7 associate professors）.8 teachershavedoctoral degrees.7 teachers are dual-qualified talents, and have professional engineer qualifications such as "national first-class registered structural engineer" and "national first-class construction engineer".

The department has formed a discipline team with strong academic strength in civil engineering, engineering management, engineering cost, etc., and has achieved some influential research fields in structural engineering, engineering mechanics, engineering management, project material procurement, and engineering bidding.In the past five years,thedepartment teachers have published more than 60 papers in academic journals at all levels, includingSCIpapers ; published a number of textbooks and monographs; won a number of provincial-level scientific research projects.Many Teachers are rewarded for excellent teaching achievements of the school. In terms of talent training, we have continuously strengthened and promoted the construction of excellent academic atmosphere, and vigorously carried out professional quality, skill training and comprehensive quality development activities. Many teachers have led students to participate in national and provincial competitions for many years and have achieved excellent results.
